The ADUM4221CRIZ is a 4 A isolated half-bridge gate driver featuring ADI's iCoupler® technology for separate and isolated high and low side outputs. 5700 kV rms isolation is available in the ADUM4221CRIZ's wide-body, 16-pin SOIC_IC package with increased creepage distanced.
