The MAX17614ATP ideal diode/power-selective device provides systems with adjustable protection boundaries against positive and negative input faults up to +60V and -65V, and output load currents up to 3A. Includes two series-connected internal nFETs with a low cumulative RON of 130mΩ (typical). nFETs can be used to implement an ideal diode function to provide reverse input voltage and reverse current protection while improving system efficiency. Input undervoltage protection is programmable from 4.5V to 59V, while overvoltage protection is independently programmable from 5.5V to 60V. In addition, the device has an internal default UVLO rise threshold set to 4.2V (typical).
