The ADUM341E1BRWZ quad digital isolator is based on iCoupler® technology. It combines high speed, complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and back-to-back monolithic air core transformer technology. The isolation assembly has excellent performance characteristics and meets the CISPR 32/EN 55032 Class B 5Mbps limit. The device has a maximum propagation delay of 10ns and pulse width distortion of less than 3ns at an operating voltage of 5V. channel matching is tight at 3.0ns maximum.
