The ADUM340E1WBRWZ is a four-channel digital isolator based on ADI's iCoupler® technology. These isolation elements combine high-speed, complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) and back-to-back monolithic air-core transformer technology to provide excellent performance characteristics and meet the CISPR 32/EN 55032 Class B limit of 5Mbps. Maximum propagation delay is 10ns and pulse width distortion is less than 3ns at 5V operation, and channel matching is tight at 3.0ns maximum.
