The ADRF5050BCCZN is a non-reflective SP4T switch fabricated in a silicon on insulator (SOI) process. Operating over the frequency range of 100 MHz to 20 GHz, it features insertion loss below 1.20 dB and isolation performance above 47 dB. For the pass-through path, the device has an RF input power handling capability of 33 dBm. the ADRF5050BCCZN is powered by dual +3.3 V and -3.3 V supplies. The device can also be powered from a single positive supply voltage (VDD) with the negative supply pin (VSS) grounded.
