The LTC7063RMSE drives two N-channel MOSFETs in a half-bridge configuration with supply voltages up to 140 V. The high-end and low-end drivers can drive MOSFETs with different ground references, providing excellent transient immunity. Its powerful 0.8Ω pull-down and 1.5Ω pull-up MOSFET drivers enable the use of larger gate capacitance high-voltage MOSFETs. other features include UVLO, tri-state PWM inputs, adjustable turn-on/turn-off delays, and pass-through protection.
