The ADRF5025BCCZN Silicon SPDT reflective switch operates in a frequency range of 9 kHz to 44 GHz, providing better insertion loss than 1.6 dB and isolation performance of 35 dB. The switch has a 27 dBm radio frequency (RF) input power processing capability for both the pass path and hot switching. Applications include industrial scanners, test and instrumentation, cellular infrastructure: 5G millimeter wave, military radio, radar, electronic countermeasures (ECM), microwave radio, and Very small Aperture terminals (VSAT).
