The ADRF5020BCCZN is a general-purpose single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch manufactured using a silicon process. It is available in a 3 mm × 3 mm, 20-pin substrate grid array (LGA) package, providing high isolation and low insertion loss in the 100 MHz to 30 GHz frequency range. Applications include test instrumentation, microwave radio and Very small Aperture terminals (VSAT), military radio, radar, electronic countermeasures (ECM), fiber optics and broadband telecommunications.
