The HMC8038LP4CE is a highly isolated, non-reflective, 0.1 GHz to 6.0 GH, single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch chip in a pin-free, sticker package. Ideal for cellular infrastructure applications, the switch enables 62 dB isolation up to 4.0 GHz, 0.8 dB low insertion loss up to 4.0 GHz, and 60 dBm input third-order intermodulation intercept. It has excellent power handling capability up to 6.0 GHz and provides input power (VDD = 5 V) for 0.1dB compression point (P0.1dB) of 35 dBm.
