The HMC321ALP4ETR is a wideband non-reflective GaAs SP8T switch in a low-cost, pin-free meter mount package. The switching frequency ranges from DC to 8 GHz, with high isolation and low insertion loss. The switch also incorporates an onboard binary decoding circuit, reducing the required logic control lines to three. The switch is suitable for DC-8.0 GHz 50 Ω or 75 Ω systems: such as broadband, fiber products, switching filter banks, wireless applications below 8 GHz.
