The HMC253AQS24ETR is a non-reflective SP8T switch in a RoHS-compliant pin-free 4 mm x 4 mm SMT ceramic package and a 24-pin QSOP package in a wideband operating frequency range from DC to 3.5 GHz. The switch offers single positive bias and true TTL/CMOS compatibility, allowing it to operate with a 0/3 V control power supply and a 5 V power supply. The switch incorporates a 3:8 decoder and requires only three control lines and a positive bias to select each path. The HMC253A SP8T can replace multiple configurations of SP4T and SPDT MMIC switches.
