The HMC641ALC4TR is a wideband reflective GaAs pHEMT SP4T switch in a compact 4x4 mm ceramic package. The switching frequency ranges from DC to 20 GHz and features high isolation, low insertion loss, and an on-chip termination isolation port. The switch also incorporates an on-chip binary decoding circuit, reducing the number of required logic control lines from four to two. The HMC641ALC4 is controlled by 0/ -5V logic, with fast switching speeds and less DC power consumption than pin diode-based solutions.
