The HMC245AQS16ETR low-cost reflective SP3T switch comes in a 16-pin QSOP table mount package. The switching frequency range is DC to 3.5 GHz, providing 30 to 40 dB isolation and low insertion loss of 0.7 dB. The switch incorporates a 2:3 TTL/ CMOS-compatible decoder and requires only two control lines and a single +5V bias to select each path, replacing the six control lines typically required for GaAs SP3T switches.
