The ADL5544ARKZ is a single-ended RF/IF gain module amplifier that provides broadband operation from 30 MHz to 6 GHz. Powered from a 5 V supply, it consumes only 55 mA and has an OIP3 of over 34 dBm.

The ADL5544ARKZ has 17 dB of gain, and gain does not vary with frequency, temperature, power supply, or device. The amplifier is available in an industry-standard SOT-89 package, internally matched at 50 Ω at the input and output, enabling simple use in a wide variety of applications. The only external components required are input/output AC coupling capacitors, power supply decoupling capacitors, and DC bias inductors.

The ADL5544ARKZ is manufactured using the InGaP HBT process and has an ESD rating of ±1.5 kV (Class 1C). It is rated over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and is available as a fully configured and RoHS compliant evaluation board.
