The ADL5205ACPZ is a digitally controlled, wide bandwidth, variable gain dual channel amplifier (DGA) that provides precision gain control, a high output third-order intermodulation intercept point (OIP3), and a nearly constant noise figure (for 12 dB first attenuation).The excellent OIP3 performance of 48.5 dBm (at 200 MHz, 5 V, high-performance mode, and maximum gain) makes it excellent gain control device for a variety of receiver applications. 

The ADL5205ACPZ is fabricated on ADI's high-speed, silicon-germanium (SiGe) complementary BiCMOS process, providing precision gain adjustment and good distortion performance. It uses a compact, thermally enhanced 6 mm × 6 mm, 40-pin LFCSP package, the operating temperature range of -40 ° C to +85 ° C. The ADL5205 is available in a wide range of sizes and sizes.
