The HMC1084LC4TR is a broadband reflective GaAs MESFET SP4T switch in a compact 4x4 mm ceramic package. The switch has a frequency range of 23 - 30 GHz and features high isolation and low insertion loss.The HMC1084LC4TR features 0/3V logic control, fast switching speeds, low DC current consumption, and much lower DC current consumption than pin diode based solutions. The HMC1084LC4TR's compact form factor is ideal for microwave radio, SATCOM and sensor applications, as well as SATCOM and sensor applications.
