The HMC232ALP4ETR is a non-reflective, SPDT, RF switch manufactured in the GaAs process.The HMC232ALP4ETR operates from 100 MHz to 12 GHz with an insertion loss of better than 1.5 dB and isolation of 50 dB in the 6 GHz and 12 GHz bands.The HMC232ALP4ETR has an insertion loss of better than 2.5 dB and isolation of 45 dB at 12 GHz. The HMC232ALP4ETR is a non-reflective design with a 50 Ω cable internally terminated at the RF port. The HMC232ALP4ETR operates with a complementary negative control voltage logic line from -7 V to -3 V, eliminating the need for a bias supply. It is available in a 24-lead, 4 mm × 4 mm LFCSP package and operates over the -40°C to +15°C temperature range.
