The ADRF5026BCCZN is a non-reflective, single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) radio frequency (RF) switch manufactured in silicon. It operates from 100 MHz to 44 GHz with an insertion loss better than 3.8 dB and 45 dB of isolation. with full off control, both RF ports are isolated. the ADRF5026BCCZN features a non-reflective design with both RF ports internally terminated at 50 Ω. the ADRF5026BCCZN requires a dual supply voltage of +3.3 V and -3.3 V. The ADRF5026BCCZN is designed to be used as a single-pole, double-throw switch. The ADRF5026BCCZN requires dual supply voltages of +3.3 V and -3.3 V. Semiconductor/Low Voltage Transistor-Transistor Logic (CMOS/LVTTL) logic compatible control.
