The ADRF5043BCCZN is a non-reflective SP4T switch fabricated using the silicon on insulator (SOI) process. It operates from 9 kHz to 44 GHz with insertion loss below 2.5 dB and isolation above 2.5 dB. Insertion loss is below 2.5 dB and isolation is above 36 dB. The device has an RF input power handling capability of 24 dBm. The ADRF5043BCCZN requires dual supply voltages of +3.3 V and -3.3 V.
