The HMC536LP2ETR is a DC to 6 GHz GaAs MMIC T/R switch in a leadless 2x2 mm DFN LP2 surface mount with exposed ground lug. The switch is ideal for cellular, WiMAX and WiBro access point and subscriber applications. Ideal for cellular and WiMAX access point and subscriber applications, it features low insertion loss of 0.6 dB and high input IP3 of +54 dBm Power handling up to 6 GHz with excellent power handling P0.1 dB compression point of +29 dBm at +3V and +33 dBm at +5V On-chip circuitry allows for positive voltage control of either 0/+3V or 0/+5V, with very low DC current. The HMC536LP2ETR occupies only 4 mm2, making it ideal for applications requiring a small footprint.
