The HMC194AMS8E is a low-cost SPDT switch with an 8-pin MSOP package, suitable for applications that require high isolation performance between two RF paths. The HMC194AMS8E can control signals from DC to 3 GHz, and has been optimized to provide the extremely high isolation and minimum insertion loss required for medium and low power applications. Its on-chip circuit operates under positive voltage control at extremely low DC currents, and the control input is compatible with CMOS and most TTL logic series. In the "off" state, RF1 and RF2 reflect and disconnect.
