The MAX20323ENC PMIC is a USB Type-C CC pin overvoltage protector with an internal overvoltage threshold and surge protection function, which can turn off the switch. This can prevent damage to the USB Type-C CC/SBU pins. In addition, the MAX20323ENC is equipped with two channel switches with a typical on-resistance of 0.27Ω, which open when the input is below the overvoltage threshold. When the overvoltage threshold of the channel is exceeded, the corresponding switch is turned off and replaced by an exact pull-up current from the input (CC1_I/CC2_I) to the output (CC1_O/CC2_O). The MAX20323F does not have a pull-up current characteristic.
