The LT8602EUJ is a four-channel, monolithic synchronous buck regulator with programmable power-on reset ‌. All regulators are synchronized to a single oscillator, with a frequency range of 250kHz to 2.2MHz. Under light load conditions, the LT8602EUJ can be configured to operate in low-power burst mode or pulse jump mode. When all four regulators are in operation, the quiescent current is 30μA. The LT8602EUJ supports a wide input voltage range. The high-voltage channel supports an input voltage of 3V to 42V, and the output current can reach 2.5A. Low voltage channel supports input voltage from 2.6V to 5.5V and output current up to 1.8A with an efficiency of 94%‌.
