LTC3623EUDD: 15V, Rail-to-Rail Synchronous Buck Regulator, QFN-24

The LTC3623EUDD is a high-efficiency, monolithic, synchronous buck regulator that uses a single external resistor to set the output voltage. It features an internally generated 50μA accurate current source on the ISET pin, enabling users to set an output voltage within a range of 0V to VIN – 0.5V.

The operating frequency of the LTC3623EUDD can be set using an external RT resistor within a range of 400kHz to 4MHz. A higher switching frequency allows the use of smaller surface-mount inductors, while a lower frequency achieves higher power efficiency.
