LT8643SAAV (Synchronous Buck Regulator) Silent Switcher®2 Architecture, 42V, 6A, with 2.5μA Quiescent Current.

The LT8643SAAV synchronous buck regulator employs a second-generation ultra-low-noise switching regulator architecture, significantly reducing EMI radiation while delivering high efficiency at high switching frequencies.

The LT8643SAAV features peak current-mode control with a minimum on-time of 30ns, enabling high step-down ratios even at high switching frequencies. The LT8643SAAV provides external compensation for current sharing and fast transient response performance at high switching frequencies.
