The ADS42JB46IRGCR is a high-linearity, dual-channel, 14-bit, 160MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC). This device supports the JESD204B serial port with a data rate as high as 3.125Gbps. The buffered analog input significantly reduces the energy of sampling-hold glitter pulses while providing a unified input impedance, thus easily driving the analog input to extremely high input frequencies. The sampling clock divider can achieve a more flexible system clock architecture design. The ADS42JB46IRGCR employs an internal jitter algorithm to provide an outstanding spur-free dynamic range (SFDR) over a wide input frequency range.
