The ADS52J90ZZE is a low-power, high-performance, 16-channel analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The conversion rate of each ADC in 10-bit mode can reach up to 100MSPS at most. The higher the ADC resolution is, the lower the maximum conversion rate will be.

The ADS52J90ZZE can be configured to accept 8, 16 or 32 inputs. In 32-bit mode, each ADC alternately samples and converts two different inputs at an effective sampling rate whose value is half of the ADC conversion rate. In the 8-bit input mode, the two ADCs convert the same input in an interlaced manner.
