The ADS1261IRHBR device is a 24-bit 40kSPS 10-channel Δ-Σ analog-to-digital converter (ADC) launched by (TI), which is suitable for factory automation and features PGA, VREF, IDAC and AC excitation. This device also contains a precise voltage reference and an internal fault monitor. These sensor-supported ADCs can provide high-precision single-chip solutions for the most demanding measurements, including weighing scales and resistance temperature detectors (RTDS).
