The ADS54J60IRMP is a dual-channel, 16-bit, 1.0GSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) produced by TI. This device is designed with a high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), providing a noise base of -159 DBFS /Hz, thereby assisting applications in achieving the highest dynamic range within a wide instantaneous bandwidth. The ADS54J60IRMP supports the JESD204B serial interface, with a data transmission rate of up to 10Gbps. Each ADC can support 2 or 4 channels.
