The ADS54J40IRMP is a low-power, high-bandwidth, 14-bit, 1.0GSPS dual-channel analog-to-digital converter (ADC). This device features a high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), providing a background noise of -158 DBFS /Hz for applications that require an ultra-high dynamic range within a high instantaneous bandwidth.
The ADS54J40IRMP supports the JESD204B serial interface, with a data transmission rate as high as 10.0Gbps. Each ADC can support dual channels or four channels. The buffered analog input can provide a uniform input impedance over a wide frequency range and minimize the sampling and retention of glitz pulse energy as much as possible. Each ADC channel can be optionally connected to the digital down-converter (DDC) module. The ADS54J40IRMP offers outstanding spur-free dynamic range (SFDR) over a wide input frequency range with ultra-low power consumption.
