The ADS54J66IRMP is a low-power, high-bandwidth, 14-bit, 500MSPS, four-channel telecommunication receiver. The ADS54J66IRMP supports the JESD204B serial interface, with one channel on each channel and a data transmission rate of up to 10Gbps. The buffered analog input can provide a unified input impedance over a wide frequency range and minimize the energy of sampling and holding glitches to the greatest extent. The ADS54J66IRMP offers an outstanding spur-free dynamic range (SFDR) over a wide input frequency range with ultra-low power consumption. The digital signal processing module contains a complex mixer, which is then connected to a low-pass filter. The low-pass filter has two options: 2x extraction rate and 4x extraction rate, and supports a receiver bandwidth of up to 200MHz.
