The ADC34J44IRGZR is a high-linearity, ultra-low-power, four-channel, 14-bit, 125MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC). This device is specifically designed to support high input frequency signals with wide dynamic range requirements and strict demands. When the SYSREF input achieves the synchronization of the entire system, the clock input crossover will provide greater flexibility in the design of the system clock architecture.

The ADC34J44IRGZR device supports serial Current Mode logic (CML) and JESD204B interfaces, thereby reducing the number of interface lines and achieving high system integration. This device supports subclass 1, with an interface rate as high as 3.2Gbps.
