The ADC14X250RHBR device is a 14-bit, 250MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC). This converter adopts a differential pipeline architecture and integrates an input buffer, featuring outstanding dynamic performance and low power consumption throughout the entire extended temperature range from -40 °C to 105°C (measured at the heat dissipation pads of the device's printed circuit board (PCB)).
