The ADC32RF45IRMP device is a 14-bit 3.0GSPS dual-channel analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that supports RF sampling with input frequencies up to 4GHz and above. The ADC32RF45IRMP is designed to achieve a high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), featuring a noise spectral density of -155 DBFS /Hz and a dynamic range over a wide input frequency range, and it also provides channel isolation. The buffered analog input is equipped with a resistor at the top of the chip, which can provide a unified input impedance over a wide frequency range and minimize the sampling and holding of glitch pulse energy to the greatest extent.
