The DAC7563SQDGSRQ1 is a dual-channel 12-bit ultra-low glitch pulse low-power buffer voltage output DAC. This device includes an internal reference of 2.5V, 4ppm/°C, thereby providing a full-scale output voltage range of 2.5V or 5V. The DAC7563SQDGSRQ1 device is powered on at the midpoint of its range. This DAC device also features a power-off characteristic, which can reduce the current loss at a voltage of 5V to 550nA (typical value). This low power consumption, internal reference and small package size make the DAC7563SQDGSRQ1 highly suitable for portable, battery-powered operation devices.
