The TSMU818A030AMO is a high performance, highly integrated 8-channel 18-bit, 30V, 100mA output high capacitance driver parameter measurement unit (PMU) ‌. Its main features include:

The TSMU818A030AMO consists of eight independent channels. Each channel includes a voltage output DAC (used to set the programmable input level of the forced voltage amplifier) and two clamp input Dacs. Five resistance-based programmable force and current measurement ranges are provided, ranging from ±5µA to ±100mA, among which four ranges use on-chip detection resistors.
