The TSMU818A030ACQ is a high-performance, highly integrated parameter measurement unit (PMU), consisting of eight independent channels. Each channel includes a voltage output DAC (used to set the programmable input level of the forced voltage amplifier) and two clamp input Dacs. Five resistance-based programmable force and current measurement ranges are provided, ranging from ±5µA to ±100mA, among which four ranges use on-chip detection resistors.
