The MAX11214EUG is a 24-bit Δ-Σ single-channel analog-to-digital converter with an excellent 140dB SNR and an ultra-low power consumption of 5mW. A sampling rate of up to 32ksps supports high-precision DC and AC measurements. The sampling rate of MAX11214EUG supports high-precision AC/DC measurements. It can guarantee a maximum integral nonlinearity of 4ppm and -122dB THD.
