The HMC1055LP2CE is a low-cost gallium arsenide (GaAs), single-pole single-throw (SPST) switch in an LFCSP surface mount package. This switch features low insertion loss, high isolation and excellent third-order intermodulation performance, making it highly suitable for many cellular and wireless infrastructure applications within the range of 0.5 GHz to 4.0 GHz.
