The HMC244AG16 is a non-reflective SP4T switch, featuring a 16-pin glass/metal (sealed) package. Its switching frequency range is from DC to 4 GHz, offering 30 to 50 dB isolation and a low insertion loss of 0.7 dB within the 3 GHz range. This switch integrates a 2:4 TTL/CMOS compatible decoder. Only two control lines and a 5V positive bias are needed to select each path, thereby replacing the 8 control lines typically required by GaAs SP4T switches.
