The ADRF5031BCCZN is a non-reflective SPDT switch manufactured using the silicon-on-insulator (SOI) process. It operates within a frequency range of 9 kHz to 20 GHz, with insertion loss below 1.05 dB and isolation above 45 dB. This device operates with a dual power supply voltage of ± 3.3V. In addition, the ADRF5031BCCZN adopts complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) and low-voltage transistor-to-transistor logic (LVTTL) compatible control.
