The MAX14001AAP is an isolated, single-channel 10-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with a programmable voltage comparator and surge current control, optimized for configurable binary input applications. The MAX14001AAP offers 3.75kVRMS integrated isolation on the binary input side (field side) and the comparator output /SPI side (logic side). Integrated, isolated, DC-DC converters power all field-side circuits, so field-side diagnostics can be performed even without input signals. Its 20-pin SSOP package offers a creepage distance and clearance of 5.5mm, with a Class II CTI rating.
