The LTC3336EV is a compact, high-efficiency nano-power hysteresis buck DC/DC that can provide an output current of up to 250mA from an input of 2.5V to 15V. The input quiescent current is usually 80nA. When the output voltage is lower than 2.4V, the output is in a regulated state under no-load conditions. For higher output voltages, this number will further decrease. At this voltage, the internal circuit can self-load from the output.

The performance specifications of the LTC3336EV are highly suitable for primary (i.e., non-rechargeable) battery-powered applications: low IQ and the ability to set the peak current to a level that matches the battery's maximum capacity point. The main parameters of this device include:
