The LT8607EMSE is a compact, high-efficiency, high-speed synchronous single-chip buck switching regulator with a non-switching transient current power consumption of only 1.7 µ A. The LT8607EMSE can provide 750mA continuous current. The low ripple burst mode of operation maintains high efficiency at very low output currents while keeping the output ripple below 10mVP-P. Internal compensation with peak current mode topology allows the use of small inductance, providing fast transient response and good loop stability. The EN/UV pin has an accurate 1V threshold and can be used to program the VIN undervoltage to lock or turn off the LT8607EMSE, reducing the input supply current to 1 µ A.
