The ADS62P24IRGC is A dual-channel 12-bit A/D converter with a sampling rate as high as 105MSPS. It combines high performance and low power consumption in a compact 64-QFN package. This ADC uses an internal sampling-hold and low-jitter clock buffer to support high SNR and high SFDR at high input frequencies. The ADS62P24IRGC features coarse and fine-tuning gain options, which can be used to enhance SFDR performance within a lower full-scale input range.
