The ADS1114LIDGSR is a precision, low-power, 16-bit, I2C-compatible analog-to-digital converter (ADC) in an ultra-small 10-pin VSSOP package. This device adopts a low-drift voltage reference and an oscillator. The ADS1114LIDGSR also includes a programmable gain amplifier (PGA) and a digital comparator. In addition to these features, this device also has a wide operating power supply voltage range, making it highly suitable for power-constrained and space-constrained sensor measurement applications.
