The ADC3568IRTDT is a 16-bit 250MSPS single-channel analog-to-digital converter (ADC) designed to achieve a high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and offers a noise spectral density of -160dbfs /Hz (500MSPS). The ADC3568IRTDT is equipped with a flexible LVDS interface. In the extraction bypass mode, this device uses a parallel SDR or DDR LVDS interface. When using extraction, the output data is transmitted via the serial LVDS interface, thereby reducing the number of channels required for an increase in extraction. For high extraction rates, the output resolution can be increased to 32 bits.
