The ADC3548IRTDT device is a 14-bit single-channel 250MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC). This device is designed to achieve a high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and provide a noise spectral density as low as -158.5dBFS/Hz. At 250MSPS, the power consumption of the high-efficiency ADC architecture is 369mW, and it provides power regulation at a relatively low sampling rate. In addition, the ADC3548IRTDT includes a four-band digital down-converter (DDC), supporting /2 wideband extraction to /32768 narrowband extraction. DDC uses a 48-bit NCO, which supports phase coherence and phase continuous frequency hopping.
