The HMC1118LP3DE is a general-purpose, broadband, non-reflective single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch in an LFCSP surface-mount package. The switch has a frequency range of 9 kHz to 13.0 GHz with high isolation and low insertion loss. The switch has an isolation performance of 48 dB or more, an insertion loss of 0.68 dB at 8.0 GHz and below, and a build-up time of 7.5 μs for a 0.05 dB margin on the final RFOUT.The switch operates with a positive control voltage logic line of +3.3 V and 0 V, and requires +3.3 V and -2.5 V power supplies.

Overview:
The ADL5513ACPZ is a demodulated logarithmic amplifier capable of accurately converting radio frequency (RF) input signals to the appropriate decibel scale output.The ADL5513 uses progressive compression in cascaded amplifier links, with each stage of the link equipped with a detector unit.
The ADL5513ACPZ can be used in measurement or controller mode. For signals above 4 GHz, the ADL5513 maintains accurate logarithmic coherence. Typical input dynamic range is 80 dB (impedance: 50 Ω) with an error of less than ±3 dB.
The ADL5513ACPZ has a response time of 10 ns and is capable of detecting RF pulses for pulse rates in excess of 50 MHz. The device provides unmatched logarithmic intercept stability over ambient temperature conditions.The ADL5513 operates from a supply voltage of 2.7 V to 5.5 V and consumes less than 30 mA of power, with lower currents when the device is disabled.
