The AD8494CRMZ is a precision instrumentation amplifier with integrated thermocouple cold junction compensator. The device can be powered from a single-ended supply (below 3 V); with a biased reference input, temperatures below 0°C can be measured. To keep self-heating effects small, the total supply current of the unloaded AD849x is 180 μA typical, but it is also capable of supplying more than ±5 mA to the load.
